technical requirements


To run a Prendo simulation, each participant group (usually a team of 3 or 4 people), needs:

  • a recent PC (last 3 years) running Windows 7, 8, 9 or 10
  • or a recent MAC (last 3 years) running OS X 10.5 or later
  • The computer can be a portable OR a desktop

 

  • Internet connection (Ethernet or WiFi)

 

  • Display with resolution setting of at least 1280 x 768, and as physically large as possible (at least 15" for a portable or 19" for a fixed PC), since usually 3 or 4 participants need to see the display
  • Sound card & speakers (internal or external) OR headphones
  • Mouse (since the simulation is a 'mouse-only' application)

 

 

For VIRTUAL EVENTS:
If running as a virtual team the lead player needs to be able to share their screen (e.g. using Adobe Connect, Skype or Webex)
